Dawn Digiorgio is currently the Procurement Manager of the CGC, supporting clean technology investments and expanding the footprint of green banks across the US.  She is a seasoned executive and has over 24 years of experience in Contracting and Procurement.  Prior to CGC Dawn worked in the Federal Government at multiple agencies, the private sector, and for DC government. She holds a BA from the University of Buffalo and a Master's Certificate in Government Contracting from George Washington University. She currently resides in Washington, DC.
