Rebecca Xiong is the Data & Operations Senior Analyst at CGC, where she supports internal systems development, data management and quality control, and environmental impact analysis. She plays a key role in evaluating investment alignment with CGC’s clean energy, environmental, and emissions reduction goals.

Prior to joining CGC, Rebecca worked as an environmental consultant at The Cadmus Group, where she supported a wide range of federal environmental programs. As part of that work, she contributed to public-sector clean drinking water and climate resilience initiatives and supported environmental policy research for private-sector clients such as Uber and Xcel Energy. She is proficient in tools such as R, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and ArcGIS, and has experience working across sectors to integrate data-driven approaches into climate and infrastructure planning.

She holds a B.S. in Environmental Science and B.A. in Biological Sciences from the University of Chicago. Rebecca is based in NYC.
